Wasn't sure where to put this since it's a food recipe but there is no actual picture of food in it.
Anyway, the is a recipe for melon bread. That's right, you've seen it in animes & read it in mangas & now prepare to make it for yourself. It is a very long process so be sure to make it when you have a LOT of time. Oh, & you might want to bring a game to play because there is a lot of waiting around.

This recipe took me forever to find & when I did, it was posted somewhere by a Japanese woman. She wrote it in English but it still used Japanese measurements & ingredients that we don't use here in America. Luckily, someone had tried it out & posted a comment with the changes they made. So then I spent most of the following Saturday making this & I have to say it turned out really well. I went to a New Year's like the following night & passed out pieces to around 20 of my friends or so & only 1 of them said they didn't like it.
NOTE: This bread should be eaten within about 4 days or less for best taste. Though I have never tried this, it may also be possible to freeze it to store for longer periods.

ATTENTION: Any Japanese person out there that might read this & feels there is something wrong in the recipe, please let me know. I want my recipe to be as close to authentic Japanese bread as possible. Thanks

Interesting, yours does not call for "dry milk powder". Most of the ones I've seen call for at least 1 Tablespoon of it in the bread mix.

Yeah, just a few. I tried yours out and they were perfect! The only thing I added was vanilla flavoring.

Oh, and perhaps you could put this in the Literature category under non-fiction, maybe as an article or guide.

God bless!
